PRODUCT OF TEACHING

I hope the students graduated from the Education Faculty will  be capable and dedicated teachers.

Other than that, the student’s final dissertation and thesis which are based on their research ouputs can be turned into research monographs, modules and books. I encourage my students to publish their research findings in form of article writings or present them in seminars and conferences.

As for my students in Perdana School, as they are postgraduate students, I like to see them becoming a good role player and shaper of the society. At their level their active engagement with the society will tremendously enrich their own experience as to the areas where contribution could be best made. While in the same time, ample opportunities will be opened to them to tape the richness of what the society in real life could offer. I wish to see that they do their best to translate what they have learn in the university in an applied context. By that, they will be beneficial to the society and in the same time, the society benefit them. 

At Perdana School, I do my best to converge the field of Psychology and Education to Policy Studies. Here, my emphasis and interest would be into seeing how such convergence produce a more dynamic and innovative society. Much have been said about innovative invention in the context of machine and technology. As psychologist and educationist, I look at innovation in the context of human development. No matter how far one goes, one should remain as a good human possessing good traits and charateristics of humanities as intended by the Creator.
